Privacy policy

This policy explains what Family IPTV Player ("we", "the app") collects, why, and what control you have. The app is a media player: it does not provide any TV channels or content.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and an encrypted password, to sign you in.
• Your app data: profiles (names, pictures, kids settings, PINs stored only as a one-way hash), favorites, watch history and resume positions, ratings and settings — so they sync between your devices.
• Your playlists: the playlist addresses and login details you enter for your own IPTV provider, so they are available on your devices. We never use them for anything else.
• Devices: a device identifier, device type and name, to apply the device limit of your plan and to show you which devices use your account.
• Purchases: your plan, its status and dates. Payments are handled by Google Play or our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
• Basic technical data: error and diagnostic information that helps us fix problems.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not show ads or use advertising trackers.
• We do not record or report what you watch to anyone.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored with Google Firebase (Google Cloud) and protected so that only your signed-in devices can read it.

How long we keep it

While your trial or plan is active. When a trial or plan ends without renewal, your data is kept for 30 days so you can continue where you left off, and is then deleted. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Children

Accounts are created and managed by adults. Kids profiles are set up by the account owner, who controls what they can watch and for how long. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

You can see and change most of your data in the app. To get a copy of your data or to delete your account, email support@familyiptvplayer.com.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.

توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق Family IPTV Player، وأسباب جمعها، والخيارات المتاحة لك. التطبيق مشغّل وسائط فقط ولا يوفّر أي قنوات أو محتوى.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة مرور مشفّرة، لتسجيل دخولك.
• بيانات التطبيق: الملفات الشخصية (الأسماء والصور وإعدادات الأطفال، والرموز السرية محفوظة بتشفير أحادي الاتجاه لا يمكن استرجاعه)، والمفضلة، وسجل المشاهدة وموضع التوقف، والتقييمات والإعدادات — لمزامنتها بين أجهزتك.
• قوائم التشغيل: عناوين القوائم وبيانات الدخول التي تُدخلها لمزوّد IPTV الخاص بك، لتكون متاحة على أجهزتك. لا نستخدمها لأي غرض آخر.
• الأجهزة: معرّف الجهاز ونوعه واسمه، لتطبيق عدد الأجهزة المسموح به في باقتك ولعرض الأجهزة التي تستخدم حسابك.
• المشتريات: باقتك وحالتها وتواريخها. تتم عمليات الدفع عبر Google Play أو مزوّد الدفع، ولا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك ولا نحفظها.
• بيانات تقنية أساسية: معلومات الأخطاء والتشخيص التي تساعدنا على إصلاح المشكلات.

ما لا نفعله

• لا نبيع بياناتك.
• لا نعرض إعلانات ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلانية.
• لا نسجّل ما تشاهده ولا نبلّغ أحداً به.

مكان حفظ البيانات

تُحفظ بياناتك لدى Google Firebase (Google Cloud)، وهي محمية بحيث لا يقرؤها إلا أجهزتك المسجّلة.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

طوال فترة التجربة أو الباقة. عند انتهاء التجربة أو الباقة دون تجديد، تبقى بياناتك محفوظة لمدة 30 يوماً لتتمكن من المتابعة من حيث توقفت، ثم تُحذف. ويمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت.

الأطفال

ينشئ الحسابات ويديرها البالغون. ويُعِدّ صاحب الحساب ملفات الأطفال ويتحكم فيما يشاهدونه ومدته. ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات شخصية من الأطفال.

حقوقك

يمكنك الاطلاع على معظم بياناتك وتعديلها من التطبيق. وللحصول على نسخة من بياناتك أو حذف حسابك راسلنا على support@familyiptvplayer.com.

التعديلات

إذا عدّلنا هذه السياسة فسنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، وسنبلغك داخل التطبيق بالتعديلات المهمة.
